Dangote signs multibillion dollar deal with banks to build oil refinery in Nigeria

The plant will cost a total of 9 billion USD and it will generate up to 9,500 direct and 25,000 indirect jobs. Way to go because the Nigerian economy and Africa needs this to boost our economy.
