Paternity has been rumoured before, and now Kris has been forced to address the paternity of her daughter.
The Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch is at the centre of sensational reports she cheated on late ex-husband Rob Kardashian with OJ, a former family friend.
But Kris, who recently split from second husband Bruce Jenner, insists there is no truth to the rumours.
"This is an absolute lie and not true. I have never had an affair with OJ Simpson," she told In Touch magazine.
The jailed former American football star's manager, Norman Pardo, came forward with the allegations this month, claiming Kris, Robert, OJ and his then-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, "all took their vacations together" and that the pair hooked up during one drunken night.
"There was a lot of partying going on back then. Kris cheated on Robert. She was known for having a good time," he said, insisting that the truth "is going to come out sooner or later".
Kris' sister, Karen Houghton, apparently acknowledged whispers about the relationship. The star's sibling suggested she hasn't ruled out OJ being Khloé's dad.
"I know OJ was trying to contact Kris from jail," she said.
This is not the first time Khloé has faced questions about who fathered her.
Robert Kardashian's widow, Ellen Kardashian, previously alleged the late lawyer was not Khloé's biological dad.
The family denied the claims.
Robert famously won recognition representing OJ in his 1995 murder trial stemming from the deaths of then-wife Nicole and her friend, Ronald Goldman. OJ was acquitted but later found liable in a civil wrongful death trial.
He is currently behind bars for the holdup of two sports memorabilia dealers in 2007.
